Bright vibrant red. Lifted sweet and sour cherry nose with soft chocolate oak. A soft, balanced palate of dark plum with rounded tan-nins and subtle spicy tones. 100% Pinot Noir sourced from our estate vineyard at Relbia in northern Tasmania. Selected batches of Pinot Noir were hand picked and gently destemmed before ferment. Gentle plunging and pump-over techniques ensure retention of bright fresh fruit characters. Light maturation in French Oak barriques lends structure without overpowering the fruit. Screwcapped to enable the wine to be enjoyed at it’s optimum.
