Pierro SSB is a vibrant and juicy wine with a concentrated and clean palate featuring gooseberry and lemon sherbet flavours with oak nuances. A dash of Chardonnay fruit has also been added to the wine enhance depth and complexity.
A refreshing take on the SBS partnership with a glug of chardonnay, fermented in stainless steel except 25% goes into new French barriques. It's quite racy with lemon sorbet acidity keeping the sweet fruit in check. Smoky with delicious flavours of honeydew, sugar snap, limes and lemon juice with grapefruit pith texture.
This Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is continuously performing year after year offering super fresh and powerful tropical notes while remaining dry. Its fullness and texture is experienced with the whole mouth and tied together with a zippy acidity.
